Load cells / load pins for hazardous zone Exd

This is an envelope (housing or proof body of the force transducer) explosion-proof enclosure "d", acoording to IEC 60079-1 that can ignite an explosive gaseous atmosphere. The transducer structure is therefore designed to resist the pressure developed during an internal explosion of an explosive mixture and prevents the transmission of this one to the surrounding explosive atmosphere of the envelope.

We offer this type of option on our load pin Model 5050 or for some of our electronics (displays, load limiters, etc.). In the latter case, these are placed in suitable explosion-proof housings.
